Does a hands-on SAP FI/CO leadership role with strong teams, long-term customers and room to develop others appeal to you?
We are further expanding a successful SAP Finance practice and are looking for an experienced FI/CO professional to take on a Manager-level role. You'll remain close to the delivery, while providing guidance to consultants, supporting customers and helping shape successful project outcomes.

The role
- Take ownership of FI/CO delivery across key customer projects
- Act as a senior point of contact for finance stakeholders
- Lead workshops and support solution design
- Provide hands-on guidance across configuration and delivery
- Mentor and support consultants within the team
- Help manage priorities, quality and delivery across FI/CO workstreams
- Contribute to proposals, solution discussions and practice development
Your profile
- 6+ years SAP FI/CO experience
- Strong hands-on FI/CO expertise
- Good experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience guiding or mentoring consultants
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating at Manager level while remaining hands-on
- B2+ German
