The role
- Lead SAP FI/CO consulting teams across multiple customer engagements
- Manage delivery quality, resource planning and customer satisfaction
- Develop and mentor consultants at all levels
- Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders
- Support capability growth and practice development
Your profile
- 8+ years SAP FI/CO consulting experience
- Proven experience leading SAP consulting teams
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery background
- Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
- German language skills at C1 level
