JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities
- To cordially receive all patients with or without appointment, which were directed from Main Lobby, A&E and Special Diagnostic Services.
- Ensure registration is made accordingly (patient demographic, preparation of forms and mandatory open a file for new patient)
- Strictly maintained the confidentiality and safety of the patient at all time in the clinic, hospital and elsewhere whichever is necessary.
- Ensure maintaining the smooth flows of the clinic and apply the best clinic management at all time (inclusive of appointment systems, tidiness and other requirement).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SPM with at least one year of working experience.
- Basic Course in Microsoft Office or its equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of minimal clinical regulatory requirement.
- Able to interpret medical documents, write reports and professional correspondence.
- Preferred in multi languages.
