Description
Main Responsibilities
· Fixed appointment for patient (via walk-in, by appointment system or any related platform).
· Register patient upon receiving or prescription or appointment letter.
· Assisting doctor in the clinic, if needed.
· Organize patient record in the clinic.
· Book appointment patient for operation and send to admission counter for admission.
· Ensure patient’s record to be ready before is due for appointment.
· Ensure guarantee letter submission to the Business Office services is done daily after the registration of patient.
· Ensure all items ordered are keyed in correctly.
· Ensure that all clinic supplies and stock levels are adequately maintained to support smooth and uninterrupted daily operations.
· Fully understand of clinic receptionist job scope.
· To promote, support and ensure patient understanding of Patient and Family Rights.
· Promoting promotions, packages, applications and services available to all patients.
