What You'll Do
- Lead and rebuild the Arizona sales organization across five branches/six locations
- Build, coach, and develop the sales team
- Establish accountability, KPIs, and consistent sales processes
- Drive new business and commercial growth
- Improve prospecting, funnel management, and sales activity
- Evaluate talent and strengthen team performance
- Expand market and customer coverage
- Proven sales leader with experience building sales teams, establishing KPIs and driving new business
- Construction/building products experience preferred
- Phoenix market knowledge highly valuable
