Marketing Communications Specialist

Nordson Industrial Coating Systems, a global leader in industrial coating systems, is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Erkrath, Germany.

Summary of the role

Are you passionate about turning technical products into compelling marketing campaigns?

As our Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting product launches, developing marketing campaigns, and helping drive commercial success across Europe. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to bring innovative industrial solutions to market.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the key marketing resource for Germany while contributing to regional and global initiatives within a collaborative international team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and support Global product launch initiatives.
• Manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution and performance tracking.
• Create and coordinate customer-facing marketing content and campaign materials.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to support commercialization activities.
• Support trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent German and English.
• Experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or product marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently own and deliver projects.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, online advertising, and campaign measurement.
• Experience working with technical, industrial, or B2B products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Travel

• Approximately 10% travel.
