What You'll Do

• Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities and follow-ups.

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.

• Guide clients through the bond application process.

• Answer questions and provide outstanding customer support.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

• Develop expertise in specialized surety bond products.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Early career professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Insurance or surety experience is a plus.
• Property & Casualty License is a plus (not required).

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $24+ depending on experience.

• First-year earning potential: $57,000 to $59,500

• 10am – 7pm Monday – Friday

*All Account Managers must pass the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Licensing Exam after being hired and onboarded. Training and exam fees are paid for by the company.
