Position Overview
Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of the facility. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts. This role provides critical support for shipping and receiving operations, conference room support, and general facilities coordination for a large corporate office environment.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative Function
- Provide Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
- Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested
- Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned
- Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL
- Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including handling deliveries and coordinating freight movements
- Manage material handling operations, including use of freight elevators and pallet jacks as needed
- Set up and break down conference rooms and meeting spaces as required
Communication and Relationship Coordination
- Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility
- Act as an interface with client, visitors, and guests
- Ensure appropriate follow up with customers
- Provide direction/information to vendors and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills in all interactions with building occupants and stakeholders
Compliance
- Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security policies
- Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting
- All other duties and tasks assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration
- Superior customer service skills and orientation
- Ability to always maintain professionalism under stressful situations
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
- Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
- Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
- Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to perform physical tasks including material handling, using pallet jacks, and transporting items via freight elevator
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or another related field preferred
- Experience with Corrigo CMMS or similar work order management systems
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks including:
- Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds
- Moving pallets and materials using pallet jacks
- Transporting items via freight elevator
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment

This range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ. Final base salary is determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Some roles and employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, benefits, or other compensation.
