12 Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Quality Management: Manages, plans, and ensures manufactured components and assembled products meet Infineon standards and objectives. Test Planning: Creates test plans based on production specifications and requirements. Testing & Validation: Performs testing; compiles and analyzes data for review and identification of manufacturing and production issues. Specification Definition: Defines production specifications and requirements for test plans for standard and special devices. New Technology Transfer: Receives, signs off, and implements new test packages and technologies from R&D projects. Process Optimization: Optimizes and stabilizes test processes and hardware in the production environment. Cost Reduction: Contributes to measures that reduce production test cost.
