About the Team
 

As a Senior Director  on the Associate Experience product team you will embark on the mission to connect customers in the Capital One enterprise (i.e., our employees, or Associates) with simple to use, digitally enriched experiences that are designed to enhance the associate experience. This role is the Product Lead for Support Innovation at Capital One, your mission is to leverage AI and emerging technologies to revolutionize the IT support experience for our 100,000+ workforce. Leading a team of product managers and design partners, you will set the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our Support Innovation domain. Sitting at a historic inflection point for AI transformation, you will drive modern tech solutions across every corner of the enterprise. We are seeking a leader who combines a passion for technology with deep empathy for internal customer needs. You will partner closely with senior engineering, design, and other cross-functional leaders to translate complex technology into intuitive, delightful experience for our Associates.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

 

Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

 

New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

 

Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
