Compensation Package
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year (up to $105,000 for exceptional candidates).

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 120-150 commercial general liability claims, including litigated files (50%-75%).
- Handle claims across various accounts, including trucking, crane & rigging, homeowners associations (HOAs), condominiums, and more.
- Investigate and resolve claims involving slip and fall incidents, bodily injury, third-party property damage, dog bites, premises liability, product liability, and other general liability exposures.
- Conduct thorough contract and coverage reviews, draft reservation of rights (RoR) letters, and manage tendering processes.
- Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective litigation management and resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claims activities in the claims management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and resolution of claims.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex general liability claims.
- Strong expertise in contract and coverage review, drafting RoR letters, and managing tendering processes.
- Proven experience in handling litigated claims and collaborating with legal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stable work history, with at least 4+ years of tenure at previous employers.
- Experience in a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) or insurance carrier environment is highly preferred.
