Position: Airport Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all airport users, including passengers, airline staff, and other airport personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome passengers as they enter the airport terminal
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and other pre-flight procedures
- Answer any questions or concerns that passengers may have
- Monitor flight schedules and provide updates to passengers
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience
- Assist with boarding procedures and provide assistance to passengers with special needs
- Keep the airport terminal clean and organized
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times
- Stay up-to-date on airport policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide support to other airport departments as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an airport or travel-related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of basic computer systems and applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance
