Position: Airport Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with information and guidance on their travel plans
- Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations
- Assist with baggage handling and ensure proper tagging and handling of luggage
- Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with special needs passengers and provide them with necessary assistance
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
