Description
We are working closely with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of an Administrator, on a 12-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £100.03 - £131.86 per day
Summary:
The Administrator will provide a full range of administrative and support services to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the team and department. The role will involve completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure legal and regulatory compliance requirements are met, while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer and stakeholder support.
Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments and coordinating these with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Raising jobs across a range of systems, including MRI and Proactis.
- Providing meeting administration support, including booking rooms, sending invitations, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining action trackers.
- Assisting with HHSRS and Decent Homes queries, arranging works and following up to ensure completion evidence is received.
- Monitoring compliance email inboxes and responding promptly and accurately to enquiries.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Essentials:
- Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, housing, property, or customer service environment.
- Experience working with computerised databases and administrative systems.
- Experience handling data and compliance documentation accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
