We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Legal Assistant for our Litigation department. This is a full-time, in-office position and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both clients and coworkers.
The ideal candidate:
1. Is energetic and a self-starter; has great organization skills and superior customer service skills.
2. Has excellent time management skills.
3. Has great attention to detail.
4. Is a team player.
5. Has an accurate typing speed of 60 wpm.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, calendaring, e-filing and file management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Associate' and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Personal Injury /Law Firm experience preferred
- 1 Year of customer service office experience is required
- Bilingual a plus
