We are searching for the best talent for Warehouse Data Analytics Co-Op to be in Gurabo, PR.
- The Co-op term is from January to December, 2027.
- Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose:
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated Warehouse Data Analytics Co-Op to support operational excellence and Lean initiatives within the Packaging organization. This internship offers hands-on experience leading process improvement projects, analyzing performance data, facilitating Kaizen activities, and supporting the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools in a regulated production environment.
You will be responsible:
- Support continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
- Assist with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Help prioritize, track, and execute improvement projects and action plans.
- Support development and implementation of Leader Standard Work practices.
- Participate in Kaizen events and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with Lean Maturity Assessments and benchmarking initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visual management tools.
- Track project metrics and prepare progress updates for leadership.
- Support training, certification, and operational excellence programs.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering; Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related fields.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Warehouse logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations exposure
- Data analysis skills, especially Excel; Power BI or Tableau
- Basic Lean/continuous improvement knowledge
- Process mapping and observation skills
- Ability to analyze layouts, flows, storage utilization, and capacity constraints
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and comfort working with cross-functional teams
