About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to support the delivery of a major road and highway infrastructure project in Timor-Leste. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, procurement support, claims management, compliance monitoring, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferable postgraduate qualification in contract management
- Have 15 years related to project /contract management of large road construction projects
- Preferably has expertise in preparing / managing /overseeing implementation of infrastructure contract. Experience in contract administration under FIDIC conditions of contract is an added advantage
- Have served in similar project on at least 2 highway road or large road construction project of similar nature with each project 200 million USD or more construction cost
- Have relevant international experience and working experience of at least 2 years in developing countries
- Responsible for overseeing the execution of the DBF contract
- Fluent in Writing and Speaking English is mandatory
