Senior Technician Assembly and Test (BE)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Technician Assembly and Test (BE) to support Backend (BE) manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable production performance, supporting equipment and process-related activities, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role is ideal for experienced technicians who have completed training in MAL under the BKK Offload Project and possess hands-on experience in Assembly and Test operations. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Support Assembly and Test production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor and troubleshoot process or equipment-related issues to minimize downtime. Perform preventive maintenance and basic equipment recovery activities as required. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives. Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve operational issues and achieve production targets. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to daily operations. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Experienced Assembly and Test (BE) Technician with relevant manufacturing experience. Successfully completed MAL training under the BKK Offload Project. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is an advantage.
