Description
As a Support Engineer, you will help operate, support and continuously improve the digital commerce ecosystem transition into business-as-usual operations.
The role combines hands-on engineering with production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, small enhancements and release support. You will work across Shopify Plus, APIs, integrations and supporting cloud and observability services to improve platform stability, performance and supportability.
