About ITP Live
ITP Live is the influencer and performance marketing division of ITP Media Group, home to titles such as Cosmopolitan Middle East and Top Gear Middle East. Our Beirut performance team plans, runs and reports paid social and app-growth campaigns for global and regional brands across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider GCC. We also turn creator content into paid media that performs.
The role
You own the performance results of a portfolio of client accounts across KSA, the UAE and the wider GCC. You set the strategy, build the media plans, lead the team that executes them, and stand in front of the client when the numbers are presented.
What you'll do
Own full-funnel strategy and media plans for a portfolio of accounts: awareness, traffic, app installs, leads and conversions.
Split budgets by market, platform and funnel stage, and forecast CPI, CPA, CPL and ROAS before launch.
Lead campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, with Google Ads and YouTube where the brief calls for it.
Turn influencer content into paid media through TikTok Spark Ads, Meta Partnership Ads and creator boosting.
Make sure tracking works before money is spent: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Events API, AppsFlyer or Adjust, GA4 and UTMs.
Run client calls, present results and recommendations, and own the quality of every report and dashboard that leaves the team.
Lead, review and develop the Senior and Junior Executives and the intern; QA every campaign before it goes live.
Support new business with the sales team: media plans, pitch decks and case studies.
Manage relationships with Meta, TikTok and Snapchat platform representatives.
What you'll bring
3+ years hands-on in paid social, with at least 1 year in an agency or running several brands at once.
Personally managed USD 50K+ per month in combined spend across multiple accounts and markets.
Expert in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager; working knowledge of Snapchat Ads.
Proven campaign experience in Saudi Arabia; UAE and wider GCC experience is expected.
App-install campaigns run with an MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar).
Can build a media plan with forecasts from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets.
Has managed or mentored at least one person.
Comfortable presenting to marketing directors and defending recommendations.
Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Google Ads and YouTube campaign experience.
Meta Blueprint or TikTok Academy certifications.
Ramadan and White Friday campaign experience in the GCC.
Experience with influencer marketing or creator-led paid campaigns.
First 90 days
Own at least 3 live accounts end-to-end.
Roll out one launch QA checklist and naming convention across the team.
Build and present at least one new-business media plan.
