The Facilities Management HVACR team is dedicated to maintaining and repairing HVACR equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. What you'll do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities and equipment, documenting wear, repair needs, and replacement recommendations.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and company vehicles following safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Order parts, track inventory, submit warranty claims, and process maintenance invoices.
• Identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and equipment malfunctions, taking corrective action or escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to implement processes that meet business needs and support continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.
• Ability to operate, inspect,  maneuver heavy machinery and powered equipment safely in compliance with certification requirements.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA and EPA standards, ensuring quality and compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Skilled in managing work orders, maintenance schedules, contractor coordination, and related documentation accurately.
• Competence in identifying repair needs, recommending replacements, and conducting price comparisons for parts and services.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and contractors.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and integrity while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Vocational or technical certification and 2 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
Option 2: 4 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
