PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Ski School Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily events within the Deer Valley Ski School for children or adults.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise organization of daily lessons and programs
Supervise the organization of lesson start times, lunch and afternoon breaks, and end of day check-outs
Spend time on snow with guests and staff to provide assistance when needed
Coach/mentor instructors in need of further development
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High level of ski ability required
Experience in a supervisory role providing coaching and support to staff and interacting with guests to resolve issues required
PSIA Certification Level 1 preferred - Reimbursements offered
Ski School experience preferred
Previous experience working with children preferred
