As a Credit & Collections Coordinator, you'll leverage specialized skills to handle non-standard credit and collections challenges. You will independently manage more intricate credit evaluations and oversee complicated billing processes, playing a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead credit risk assessments for high-value or complex accounts

• Develop and refine credit policies and procedures

• Oversee the management of large-scale collections initiatives

• Resolve the most complex billing and credit discrepancies

• Generate strategic insights through detailed financial analysis and reporting

• Mentor junior associates and provide guidance on best practices

• Coordinate with other departments to streamline credit and billing processes

• Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to regulatory standards

• Lead process improvements to enhance cash flow management

• Represent the team in high-level meetings with senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent training or experience

• 3+ years of experience working in Finance/Accounting

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, strong MIS skills

• Fluency in English

• SAP FI module would be an advantage

• Proactive team player as well as being able to take your own initiate
