What You Will Do
Manage purchase orders for new, overhaul, exchange, and repair parts to support timely and continuous material flow for engine production.
Track material availability, shortages, supplier commitments, and delivery status, and follow up with vendors on outstanding orders.
Maintain accurate and timely material shortage information.
Identify material constraints and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on appropriate material solutions to support production requirements.
Support supplier performance reviews and follow up on actions relating to cost, quality, delivery, and service performance.
Support timely material fulfillment and inventory control through active WIP management and monitoring of aging finished goods and WIP.
Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve defective parts and other material-related issues.
Reconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors, Accounts Payable, and relevant internal stakeholders.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to improve procurement processes, material flow, and inventory control.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant procurement, supply chain, or materials management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in purchase order management, supplier coordination, material planning, or inventory management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
