Description
As a multi-discipline, self-performing leader, we execute a significant portion of our work in-house. This provides strong exposure across all phases of execution—from procurement and logistics through turnaround execution and completion. Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to support site operations
- Track material inventory levels and ensure availability for critical path activities
- Interface with procurement, vendors, and field teams to align material deliveries
- Verify materials against purchase orders, specifications, and packing lists
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems
- Coordinate staging, laydown areas, and material logistics on site
- Identify and resolve material shortages or discrepancies
- Support expediting activities to ensure timely material delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety and handling requirements for materials
- Assist with reporting and documentation related to materials management
Qualifications:
- Experience in materials coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations in industrial environments
- Knowledge of construction materials, especially mechanical or structural components
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Experience with inventory systems and documentation
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and proper material handling practices
