Contract Management Specialist with German

You will assist with managing clients, manage contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and client business requirements. You will be a trusted partner to the business, our clients, and a role model for junior colleagues.  

YOUR MISSION:

• Lead/participate in contract management team on a specific project or account.

• Drive process efficiency on current tasks and seek innovative ways to improve performance of the team.

• Supervise, mentor and coach junior colleagues on a specific project or account.

• Participate in the development and delivery of contract/commercial training modules for contract management staff

• Assist with reporting and documenting commercial and contract risks and issues.

• Provide support for pre-award sales activities (development of responses to client RFPs, drafting contract schedules, participate in negotiations).

• Assist with drafting and review of contractual documents (Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, NDAs, etc.).

• Implement and administer contract management processes.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 2 050 € - 3 340 €.

We offer a bonus for your German language skill on top of your monthly salary.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum Master’s degree is required.  

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a contract manager.

• Fluent English (C1) and German (B2) language skills.

• Demonstrated experience as part of a contract management or procurement team.

• Demonstrated experience of managing contract and commercial issues and understanding main commercial principles.

• Basic understanding of general commercial contracting regulations and principles and subcontracting practices.

• Proficiency using MS Office.

• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Team player, collaborative and persuasive; able to work well with executives and non-executives.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Basic knowledge and understanding of legal principles as they relate to commercial and contract management.
