Role summary:As a Software Engineer III, you will contribute to the design and development of scalable software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience. You will manage project tasks, support continuous integration and deployment, and mentor junior engineers. What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code following established standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
- Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and support to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement automation scripts to enhance continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and conduct maintenance to ensure reliability and availability.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test case creation, and defect management to uphold software quality.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
- Strong technical acumen with proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards.
- Expertise in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
- Skilled in API design, platform development, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Experience with telemetry implementation, security compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure on-time project delivery.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
