Role summary:The Senior Software Engineer will lead the delivery of scoped features and software components through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, secure software solutions while integrating AI and machine learning capabilities. The engineer will drive continuous improvement, conduct code reviews, and support operational excellence through monitoring and debugging. We collaborate with product management, project teams, and business partners to design and develop scalable technical solutions. Focused on continuous development and iterative delivery, the team applies strong expertise in API design, platform development, and debugging. What you'll do...
- Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage GenAI tools to improve development velocity.
- Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives.
- Engage stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics, ensuring solutions meet business and user needs.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to maintain software quality and performance.
- Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices for continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Strong expertise in React Native, ReactJS, State Management, and GraphQL.
- Ability to build scalable, high-performance mobile experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong skills in solution design, API development, and software design patterns.
- In-depth understanding of NoSQL database implementations, such as Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams to deliver.
- Proven ability to share knowledge through formal mentoring, code reviews, design document reviews, technical talks, or brown bag sessions.
- Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, maintainable software systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
