About the team:
The team addresses complex business and technical challenges within Growth Tech by utilizing advanced AI coding agents throughout planning, design, implementation, testing, and operations. They establish standards for scalable, reliable, and secure production systems at the intersection of software engineering, data, and AI. Delivering valuable insights to suppliers and merchants, the team develops platforms for intelligent automation, including agent orchestration and customer-facing AI solutions. Emphasizing rapid iteration and adaptive systems that learn from usage, the team promotes collaboration and continuous improvement to drive innovation in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:

• Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code using languages such as Python, JavaScript, and C++.
• Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and development velocity.
• Participate in design reviews, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform standards.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices and innovation strategies.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
• Proven ability to deliver scoped features and models through iterative development and continuous integration.
• Demonstrated skills in AI/ML integration and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Solid understanding of platform design, product strategy, and component services aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in DevOps, automated testing, monitoring, and maintaining high-quality software systems.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and mentor peers.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
