About the team:
The Customer Engagement Services Technology Engineering team manages Walmart’s Contact Center platforms by delivering scalable, reliable software solutions that enhance customer interactions. The team emphasizes iterative development, continuous integration, and technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain high-quality components aligned with business and technical goals. Collaborating closely, members focus on problem-solving and innovation in platform design and delivery. This team supports Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and exceptional customer service by ensuring seamless platform performance and driving advancements in software development practices.
What you'll do:
- Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI components to enhance software intelligence using internal and external APIs.
- Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure software quality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and outcomes.
- Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and delivery.
- Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices and innovation initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
