Focused on automation and continuous optimization, the team designs, develops, and maintains critical business capabilities with an emphasis on solution design, software development, and DevOps best practices. Collaborating closely, members ensure reliable system performance and measurable growth. What you'll do:
- Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across multiple programming languages, supporting full software lifecycle and CI/CD processes.
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
- Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Monitor application performance, manage defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor peers and promote engineering excellence through knowledge sharing and innovation.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through iterative and incremental development.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform and business goals.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
