You’ll take ownership of commercial electrical projects from planning through completion, keeping budgets, schedules, teams, and client commitments moving in the same direction. Your decisions will directly affect whether projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial electrical projects from initial planning through completion
• Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
• Lead electricians, subcontractors, and other trade professionals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Manage contracts, scopes of work, change orders, and project documentation
• Identify project risks and resolve issues before they affect schedule or cost
• Ensure work meets applicable codes, regulations, quality, and safety standards
• Prepare project status reports, budget updates, and change order tracking

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years managing commercial electrical projects
• Experience with both non-union and Design-Build projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
• Experience leading project teams
• Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to visit job sites and work in field conditions as needed
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Electrical trade certification or journeyman status
• Experience with Procore
