We are hiring: Investment Manager (Remote or Miami)
EPL Capital is the investment platform of EPL Group, headquartered in Miami. We build and manage alternative investment vehicles across three strategies:
- Sector roll-ups in defense, energy, logistics, professional services, and technology
- GP stakes and fund-of-funds investments in emerging private equity and alternative managers
- Growth platform supporting international scale-ups entering the US market
We are seeking an Investment Manager to develop strategies and support the execution of the deal pipeline across the platform.
## Tasks
What you will do:
- Originate and qualify investment opportunities across our strategies
- Build and manage relationships with family offices, RIAs and institutional allocators
- Support due diligence, investment memos and deal execution
- Represent EPL Capital at industry events and in allocator meetings
- Work directly with the Managing Partner on platform growth
## Requirements
What you bring:
- 7+ years in private equity, venture capital investment strategies and executions
- An established network of family offices or institutional investors
- Strong financial analysis and investment writing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean, founder-led team
