WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

SimCorp’s Commercial Delivery Hub is one of our most strategically important investments — and this is its flagship leadership role, with direct CCO sponsorship.

As Head of Commercial Delivery Hub, you own three high-impact capabilities: SimCorp One (Demo) Live, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). The mission is simple: keep SimCorp’s sales teams in front of clients. By absorbing high-effort production work, the Hub gives back time, focus, and client-facing capacity to the global sales organisation.

SimCorp One (Demo) Live is the centre of gravity. Done well, it shortens deal cycles, raises win rates, and differentiates SimCorp from the competition. You will own that outcome — and lead the AI-first transformation of how the entire Hub operates.

Beyond the Hub, you are a senior culture carrier for SimCorp’s broader 35–40 strong Commercial community in Manila, representing our commercial brand in market and setting the tone for the wider team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Own SimCorp One (Demo) Live end-to-end — building scalable demo environments, coordinating scripts and rehearsal coaching, and guaranteeing technical readiness for high-stakes client sessions across all regions and time zones.
• Lead an AI-first operating model — identifying repetitive work and removing it from the team’s plate, championing AI tooling across Demo Live, RFP, and DDQ, and redeploying capacity to higher-value strategic work.
• Manage end-to-end RFP and DDQ production in partnership with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Security — maintaining a centralised AI-ready knowledge repository and ensuring all responses are aligned with SimCorp’s positioning and regulatory standards.
• Run the Hub on data — building reporting on turnaround times, win/loss correlation, demo readiness, and AI-driven productivity gains, and using that evidence to forecast demand and shape investment cases for the CCO.
• Lead and develop the team — recruiting, retaining, and growing high-performers across Demo Live, RFP, and DDQ, while acting as a senior local leader and culture carrier for the broader Manila Commercial community.

WHAT WE VALUE

Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to — and interested in — learning the rest:

• Proven leadership of live demonstration, demo engineering, or technical pre-sales support at scale within enterprise software or financial services — this is the defining requirement.
• A track record of AI-first leadership — concrete examples of deploying AI and automation to reduce operational burden and measurably improve productivity.
• Relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement, Bid Management, or Proposal Management, ideally gained in enterprise software or financial services.
• Data and analytics fluency — comfortable using statistics to monitor performance, justify investment, and present to executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading offshore or shared services teams, ideally with familiarity of the Manila market, and the senior presence to represent SimCorp externally.
