Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Operations Support

• Support day-to-day Metallization and Probe manufacturing operations.

• Coordinate issue resolution to minimize production impact.

• Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support capacity ramp and production readiness activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive productivity, cycle time, and operational efficiency improvements.

• Utilize problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Develop and standardize operational procedures and best practices.

Project & Site Readiness

• Support new equipment, facility, and production ramp projects.

• Coordinate operational readiness activities for new manufacturing areas.

• Participate in cross-functional project execution and milestone tracking.

Quality & Compliance

• Support quality initiatives and audit preparation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.

• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.

Systems & Data Analysis

• Analyze operational data and generate performance reports.

• Support manufacturing system enhancements and process automation initiatives.

• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and decision-making.

AI Relevant Job Responsibilities:

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business

Qualifications

Required

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, operations, process engineering, quality engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Process, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain functions.

• Knowledge of MES, SAP, Power BI, SQL, or automation-related systems.

• Project management experience is a plus.
