Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst with strong EDI expertise and a solid technical integration background between Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and ERP systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, supporting, and optimizing EDI and system-to-system integrations.
The Integration Analyst will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, trading partners, and technical teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient EDI and integration operations. This role combines strong business analysis capabilities with practical technical integration knowledge to gather, analyze, and validate requirements while ensuring solutions are feasible within technical constraints.
Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000

Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and support EDI integrations (X12 and related standards) with trading partners and carriers
• Lead and support integrations between OTM and ERP systems, including order, shipment, invoice, freight payment, and status updates
• Support common transportation-related EDI transactions, including 810, 850, 855, 856, 204, 990, 214, 210, 997, and related documents
• Troubleshoot EDI transmission, mapping, and data quality issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution
• Work with VAN providers, AS2 connections, and EDI platforms such as IBM Sterling, SPS Commerce, or similar platforms
• Support mapping changes and partner testing, including coordination with external mapping partners when applicable
• Monitor EDI production flows and ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound documents
• Work closely with Integration Architects and developers to design effective integration solutions
• Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders, clearly explaining integration limitations, constraints, and best practices
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues early in the requirements phase
• Facilitate workshops and meetings between business and technical teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure business expectations are realistic and technically achievable
• Maintain technical documentation, including mapping specifications, interface designs, and runbooks
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on EDI experience, including X12 standards, mapping, partner management, and production support
• Solid technical integration experience between Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and ERP systems, including JDE, P21, and Navision
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Ability to read and interpret EDI maps and transaction data
• Solid technical background in integration technologies, including middleware platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion Middleware, APIs, EDI, file transfers, and message formats
• Ability to understand complex technical constraints and communicate them effectively to non-technical users
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner relationships
