Job Description:

• Product Ownership

• Own the application roadmap for assigned solutions.
• Define product vision and priorities together with business stakeholders.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog.
• Evaluate new features and system improvements.
• Drive user adoption and business value realization.

• Business Process & Requirements Management

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Lead workshops with business users.
• Review and approve change requests.
• Ensure alignment with CTP business processes and standards.
• Simplify existing processes, structures, and workflows across the organization

• Application Lifecycle Management

• Manage application configuration and administration.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches and releases.
• Lead testing activities (UAT and regression testing).
• Ensure application stability and performance.
• Manage system access rights and security roles.

• Project Delivery

• Lead implementation and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, risks and deliverables.
