Position Summary
We are seeking two research assistants to support daily fab and laboratory operations, with a primary focus on operating large-scale cleaning tools in the fab environment. In addition to fab responsibilities, the candidates must be capable of conducting experiments in the laboratory and maintaining high Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards in both lab and fab settings.
This role requires hands-on experience with wet cleaning tools, strong discipline in following standard operating procedures, and close collaboration with engineering and R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support ACST daily laboratory and cleanroom operations, including conducting experiments; operating large-scale cleaning tools (wet benches and single-wafer process tools), characterization tools, and analytical equipment; and performing facility maintenance, chemical management, and related activities.
Improve lab and fab test result accuracy and consistency through the design and execution of systematic tests.
Lab and fab facility operations, including but not limited to chemical blending and packaging, pail-size chemical handling, tool PM, raw material inventory management, film characterization measurements, chemical assays, and related activities.
Customer-site demonstrations to support new product evaluation activities.
Required Qualifications:
Major in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Fresh graduate is ok but experiences in chemical laboratory or manufactory would be desirable.
Quick to learn new skills and has a positive attitude.
Works diligently and carefully with disciplines.
Have good communication skill and is a good team player.
Actively participate in EH&S (environment, health and safety) programs to ensure high standard of safety.
Amenable with multiple shifts (morning shift, noon shift)
