Job Description Summary

The IT & Digital Product Manager for our Cardiovascular and Interventional Solutions business plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital cardiology within GE HealthCare.

Le/la Responsable Produit IT & Digital pour notre activité Solutions Cardiovasculaires et Interventionnelles joue un rôle clé dans la définition de l'avenir de la cardiologie numérique au sein de GE HealthCare.

Job Description

The Product Manager is primarily responsible for defining, shaping, and evolving the IT and Digital product portfolio for Cardiovascular Ultrasound (echocardiography). The Product Manager owns product direction for standalone software solutions as well as integrations with GE HealthCare IT platforms and third-party systems (e.g., PACS), working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver clinical, operational, and business value.

In addition, the role holds responsibility for shaping and driving the overarching IT and Digital strategy across the entire Cardiovascular and Interventional Solutions business (of which Cardiovascular Ultrasound is one of the sub-segments), ensuring alignment across clinical reporting, image viewers, PACS integrations, and workflow solutions spanning multiple cardiology imaging modalities (such as ultrasound and interventional imaging). The Product Manager collaborates closely with peer Product Managers in our Image Guided Systems and Invasive Cardiology businesses to provide strategic coordination and portfolio coherence across the business, without direct product ownership of those solutions.

We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused product leader who thrives at the intersection of cardiology workflows, enterprise healthcare IT, and digital business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Cardiovascular Ultrasound

  • Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for current and future IT and Digital products in Cardiovascular Ultrasound, including next-generation cloud-enabled and AI-supported capabilities
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including current and future versions, integrations, and feature evolution
  • Engage with customers and market stakeholders to inform product direction and prioritization
  • Translate clinical, business, and technical needs into clear product requirements and informed trade-off decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, user experience (UX), clinical, and business teams across the product lifecycle
  • Drive partnerships with third-party vendors for image analysis, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions, including licensing and business development activities

Cardiovascular and Interventional Solutions (cross-portfolio)

  • Shape and drive IT strategy across the Cardiovascular and Interventional Solutions portfolio, covering clinical reporting, viewers, PACS integration, and cross-modality workflow solutions
  • Provide strategic coordination with Digital Product Manager peers in Image Guided Systems and Invasive Cardiology to ensure aligned roadmaps and a coherent product ecosystem, without direct ownership of their product portfolios
  • Shape and support the shift to recurring revenue, including SaaS enablement, business model evolution (CAPEX to OPEX), and reimbursable or pay-per-use offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Product Management, Digital Health, Healthcare IT, or medical technology
  • Demonstrated experience owning software products across their lifecycle, including roadmap ownership and stakeholder management
  • Experience influencing cross-functional, global stakeholders in matrixed organizations
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong product management fundamentals (vision, roadmaps, requirements, prioritization)
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, imaging workflows, PACS, or cardiology environments
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or licensing models
  • Understanding of integrations, platforms, and ecosystem-based products
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-influencing skills
  • Solid business and commercial awareness
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity within regulated environments, such as medical devices

Location: This role can be based in Horten, Norway; Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA; or Buc, France. Other locations in Europe or the Eastern/Central US may also be considered.
