Description
Brenwood Park Assisted Living is seeking a Clinical Care Director to join our CBRF 46 Bed community!
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors while building a strong, resident-centered culture. An active LPN license is strongly preferred. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents, families, and team members every day.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all clinical operations and resident care services.
- Conduct resident assessments, service planning, and ongoing evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, resident rights, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team.
- Partner with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and therapy providers to coordinate care.
- Monitor quality outcomes, medication management, clinical documentation, and risk reduction initiatives.
- Support occupancy efforts through resident assessments and admission evaluations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence in resident care.
What We're Looking For
- Current LPN license preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- CPR certification as required.
- Passion for serving older adults and supporting team development.
