A CET/EET time zone overlap is expected to support Agile ceremonies, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, with minimal/occasional travel to Brussels as required.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product/process owners, and technology teams to discover and define requirements, translate business needs into clear delivery-ready artifacts, and support disciplined execution across small-to-medium initiatives in an Agile hybrid delivery environment.
We will count on you to:
Lead requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
Produce high-quality BA deliverables (as applicable), including:
Business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories

Data requirements and reporting requirements
Acceptance criteria and support for test scenarios/UAT
Facilitate scope definition and support prioritization with stakeholders.
Maintain requirements traceability from intake through delivery, including change control.
Identify impacts across people/process/technology, surface dependencies, and propose solution options.
Support change management activities as needed (training materials, communication inputs, operational handover).
Project Management / Delivery Support
Support project planning and governance for assigned initiatives (e.g., RAID, milestones, status tracking).
Maintain core project artifacts such as project plans, action logs, meeting minutes, and decision logs.
Track delivery progress against scope and timelines; escalate risks/issues early with proposed mitigations.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams (IT, operations, SMEs) to ensure momentum and clarity.
Contribute to steering materials and sprint/release status reporting.
Stakeholder Partnership & Communication
Build strong working relationships with business and technology partners across locations.
Translate between business language and technical delivery detail to ensure shared understanding.
Run structured working sessions, document outcomes, and secure stakeholder alignment.
Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly and proactively.
What you need to have:
2–4 years (or equivalent) experience in Business Analysis supporting technology-enabled change.
Hands-on experience writing requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience supporting delivery using Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall approaches (Agile hybrid preferred).
Comfort with process mapping, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
What makes you stand out?
Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments.
Exposure to project governance and reporting (e.g., RAID logs, status reporting, dependency tracking).
Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps (Boards/Backlogs, Epics/Features/User Stories, sprint planning, basic reporting/dashboards).
Familiarity with Confluence and Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to MS Project/Planner is a plus.
Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
