This role focuses on campaign implementation, creative trafficking, delivery management, performance optimization, and reporting. The Specialist will support assigned Account Executives by providing strategic recommendations and optimizations that identify new revenue opportunities for OEM, financial, and insurance clients.
What you'll do
- Set up, traffic, and launch display campaigns using an ad server.
- Manage programmatic and data networks; set up and launch programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with Creative, Product, Content, and Data teams to ensure all campaign elements are in place before launch.
- Provide inventory forecasts, optimization recommendations, and regular campaign performance reports.
- Test and implement standard display, video, and mobile campaigns.
- Monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot campaign and creative issues, and ensure campaigns meet performance objectives.
- Source and select keywords, analyze performance, and provide regular reporting.
- Connect campaigns to audience data to enable advanced targeting capabilities.
- Analyze inventory to identify missed revenue and advertising opportunities.
- Support Account Executives with strategic campaign recommendations and optimization opportunities.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing online display advertising campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of ad operations, demand partners, and programmatic platforms.
- Experience with online media buying and sales, including CPM, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Preferred Deal campaigns.
- Experience with data management, report extraction, and performance analysis.
- Experience with behavioural targeting, retargeting, and programmatic sales.
- Strong web analytics skills, including the ability to identify business opportunities and strategies through web statistics and usability analysis.
- Experience using ad server applications, specifically Google Ad Manager.
- Experience with Data Management Platforms, such as Adobe or Lotame.

Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is 70K-75K
