As part of the People Team at MKS, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, developing your project management skills and increasing your visibility across the firm. The role also provides exposure to Employee Relations matters, allowing you to build and broaden your technical HR knowledge.
We are seeking a motivated and capable HR Coordinator who takes a proactive approach, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The HR Coordinator will support the full employee lifecycle, providing operational and administrative HR support across the business. Working closely with another HR Coordinator and the wider HR team, you will play an important role in delivering an efficient and high-quality HR service to employees and managers.

- Draft employment contracts, offer letters and other employment-related documentation.
- Manage new starter processes, including onboarding, inductions, system setup and compliance checks.
- Conduct Right to Work checks and support visa and sponsorship administration.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, salary reviews, transfers and contractual updates.
- Manage leaver processes, including resignation, dismissal and fixed-term contract administration.
- Support payroll activities and act as a first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
- Administer employee benefits, including pensions, benefits renewals and related employee communications.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and personnel files are kept up to date.
- Produce regular HR reports and management information to support business decision-making.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and internal communications.
- Contribute to People Team projects and provide administrative support across HR and Employee Relations activities.

- Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality, as the role involves handling sensitive information and personal data;
- Professional and approachable, with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships;
