Senior Technology Partner Executive, UKG Inc., a UKG Company, Lowell, Massachusetts (Remote)
The Senior Technology Partner Executive will serve as a member of the Global Alliances OEM Team, responsible for leading and coordinating technical sales activities, relationships with partners and customers and numerous and concurrent new product launches. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and regions. This is a project/program manager position with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch new technology partnerships. Ensure that partnership and integration strategies align with business initiatives throughout the organization.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate joint sales activities and drive new business opportunities with key partners. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Set and drive global product go-to-market strategy for UKG. Develop comprehensive plans to introduce new products and services to the market, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain direct and active relationships with existing partners and customers. Proactively resolve business, technical, and sales channel issues, serving as an internal advocate for partners and customers.
- Partnership Development: Define partnership requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance, aggregate feedback, and explore new strategic opportunities. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and alliances.
- Industry Insight: Stay up to date on global industry news and Workforce Management/Human Capital Management trends to drive strategy. Provide insights and recommendations based on industry developments.
- Program Management: Oversee and direct software customization projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on project status.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement activities and monitor the execution of agreed improvement action plans. Identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Position requires 4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer for enterprise-level software products. Must also have 4 years of experience (which can have been gained concurrently with the primary experience requirement above) working with the following:
- Developing product presentations for new customers and potential partners;
- Overseeing and directing software customization projects;
- Directing and overseeing strategic partnerships and alliances and working with Salesforce;
- Program management of projects involving cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) and data analytics using Tableau or Power BI including working with standard tools and methodologies (Jira or MS Project) and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance; and
- Launching products/partnerships in global markets.
The role requires 5-10% domestic & international travel by air within the Americas to meet with partners and customers.
This is a telecommuting position working from home. May reside anywhere in the United States.
Salary of $138,299 - $152,129 offered.
