About the job Danish-Speaking Technical Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a Danish-Speaking Technical Customer Service Specialist to join an international customer support team in Lisbon.
This is an on-site BPO technical customer service role combining customer assistance, technical troubleshooting and clear communication across different support channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer and technical support to Danish-speaking users.
- Identify customer needs and guide users through clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Troubleshoot account, platform, product and service-related technical issues.
- Help customers navigate available features, settings and support processes.
- Record customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the internal system.
- Identify recurring technical problems and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Follow established procedures, quality standards and data protection guidelines.
- Maintain a professional, patient and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal support teams to ensure cases are resolved efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level Danish.
- Fluent English, including the ability to complete training and internal communication in English.
- Strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable providing customer support and explaining technical information clearly.
- Confident using digital platforms and learning new systems.
- Customer-focused mindset and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and receiving regular coaching and feedback.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
- EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Saturday and Sunday off.
- Office-based position in Lisbon.
Training and Contract
- Training and onboarding will be delivered in English.
- Candidates must be available to attend the complete training programme.
- Training duration, start date and contractual conditions will be confirmed during the official offer process.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive gross salary package paid over 14 salary payments.
- Daily food allowance for each working day.
- Attendance bonus may apply according to the applicable company policy.

- No relocation support is provided for this position. Candidates must already be based in Portugal or be able to relocate independently.
