Job Description
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you are responsible for the data analysis and the development of management information reports to support operational and strategic decisions for Investment Solutions Europe.
The area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
Develop, enhance and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain data models using Python and MS Fabric to ensure consistent, reliable data availability for reporting and advanced analytics.
Act as a trusted point of contact for data and reporting-related topics within Investment Solutions Europe.
Cross-functional collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data processes, reporting standards, and analytical capabilities.
Support management and business units through insightful analysis, key metrics, and business reports.
Ensure and continuously improve data quality and consistency.
Support distribution activities and further growth through market analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Information Technology or a related field.
Professional experience in business intelligence and database management, including the creation of analyses, dashboards, and reports.
In-depth know-how of Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI applications including development using DAX and Power Query M.
Experience with programming languages and tools such as Python and SQL.
Understanding of data modelling concepts and data quality principles.
Experience or interest in the financial services industry, particularly in portfolio management, investment advisory, or financial analysis.
You work independently, efficiently, and accurately.
Fluency in German and English.
