Description
Pay: $25.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Must arrive by 2:00 PM for the daily production meeting)
Overtime: 5–6 days per week based on production needs
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Lead and support daily production operations.
- Assist operators across multiple production areas as needed.
- Help ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met.
- Coordinate daily priorities with supervisors and production scheduling.
- Inspect products using tape measures, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Complete production reports and required documentation.
- Perform daily forklift, overhead crane, and respirator inspections.
- Report production issues, equipment concerns, and safety hazards.
- Assist with inventory, material handling, truck loading, and housekeeping.
- Promote a safe, organized, and team-focused work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
- Previous experience as a Production Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, or similar role preferred.
- Sit-down propane forklift experience required.
- Overhead crane experience highly preferred.
- Ability to wear a respirator throughout the shift.
- Strong math and measurement skills, including tape measures and micrometers.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Knowledge of OSHA and manufacturing safety practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
