Job Description

The Senior Product Manager, ATC Expansion & Access Innovation, is responsible for driving the execution and scaling of Market Access–led solutions that expand CART access. This role operates at the intersection of product, operations, and provider strategy—owning delivery of key initiatives, including the Kite Apheresis Program, decentralization, and emerging market-shaping solutions.

This individual will act as a product owner for access innovation, translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful deployment across Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs). Success in this role is defined by program implementation, site activation, and measurable expansion of capacity and access

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership: Apheresis Access Solutions

  • Support execution to scale the Kite Apheresis Program to ~20 sites, ensuring geographic coverage across target ATCs

  • Drive end-to-end execution of third-party apheresis integration, including contracting, onboarding, and activation

  • Develop and manage resources for market shaping initiatives (playbooks / site enablement tools)

  • Track delivery milestones, risks, and performance across all participating sites

  • Develop and pilot innovations in apheresis access, including decentralized and alternative site-of-care models

  • Partner cross-functionally (Commercial, Medical, Operations) to remove apheresis-related access barriers

Product Delivery: Decentralization Enablement

  • Identify and enable opportunities to expand apheresis and CART capabilities beyond traditional centers

  • Partner with Field and ATC Expansion teams to deploy decentralized models (e.g., apheresis networks, shared care pathways)

  • Define and track success metrics (site readiness, capacity unlocked, time to activation)

Platform Implementation: Digital & RPM Solutions

  • Support implementation of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and digital enablement platforms (e.g., Canopy)

  • Drive site onboarding, training, and adoption of digital solutions

  • Monitor performance, identify gaps, and iterate to improve adoption and outcomes

Field-Facing Product Enablement

  • Serve as the product partner to Field teams (KADs, NADs/RADs) to ensure successful execution at the site level

  • Develop clear product communications, deployment tools, and execution guides

  • Rapidly translate field insights into product improvements and enhancements

  • Support issue resolution across contracting, onboarding, and implementation barriers

Execution Support: Market-Shaping Initiatives

  • Partner with ATC Expansion Enablement leadership to operationalize new access models and pilots

  • Support execution of provider contracting, site engagement, and pilot deployment

  • Build execution plans and support transition from pilot → early scale

  • Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to plan

Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience

OR

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product management, program management, or operations within healthcare, biotech, or complex provider environments

  • Strong understanding of provider networks, site onboarding, and contracting workflows

  • Demonstrated ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams and manage complex implementations

  • Experience launching or scaling programs (e.g., pilots, operational rollouts, platform adoption)

  • Strong analytical and execution skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Bay Area: $169,320.00 - $219,120.00.
