The Host/Hostess manages guest seating, reservations, and first impressions, creating a welcoming environment for every guest. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating assignments efficiently. 
• Maintain accurate reservation records and waitlist management. 
• Communicate guest needs and wait times to servers and management. 
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth flow of service. 
• Provide guests with menus and information about specials or promotions. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area. 
• Assist with answering phones, reservations, and guest inquiries. 
• Other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications: 

• Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Must be available full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Standing and walking for extended periods. 
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (e.g., menus, seating equipment). 

Work Environment: 

• Restaurant entrance, lobby, and seating areas with high guest interaction. 

Grooming Standards: 

• Maintain professional attire, neat appearance, and friendly demeanor.
