The Program Manager provides centralized expertise, governance, and support for the organization’s programs to support the execution of our group enablement strategies. This role ensures alignment across multiple interrelated projects, promotes best practices, and delivers consolidated reporting to leadership.

This individual will oversee all aspects of the programs from initial planning and strategy to execution and post-implementation support. The Program Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, Internal teams, and external partners to ensure that the programs align with the organization's strategic objectives and delivers the expected business value.

To be considered for the Program Manager, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of project or program management experience, with proven success leading complex, multi-project transformation programs.
• Minimum three (3)+ years of experience in a people leadership or coaching capacity, with demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and frameworks, including PMI, Agile, and SAFe.
• Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
• Experience leading business process improvement and organizational change management initiatives.
• Proficiency with program management and financial tracking tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong systems thinking, organizational planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners.

As a Program Manager, you will:

• Define and maintain program roadmaps, plans, and schedules to ensure initiatives deliver intended benefits and align with organizational objectives.
• Provide centralized governance across programs by enforcing methodology, budget controls, timeline management, and quality standards.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues that may impact program success.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure achievement of strategic goals.
• Integrate and oversee change management activities, including communications, training, adoption tracking, and benefits realization.
• Forecast, track, and report program financial performance, including budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
• Plan, allocate, and optimize resources to support successful program execution and delivery.
• Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, consultants, and technical experts to drive consistency, capability, and best practices across programs.
• Consolidate program status updates, KPIs, risks, and financial results into leadership reporting and executive communications.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance program delivery effectiveness, efficiency, and organizational maturity.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $100,000.00–$130,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
